Step into Power Monthly 1-on-1 Personal Training. It offers high-accountability coaching built for faster progress. As a result, you get stronger, leaner, and more consistent week after week.
You’ll get 8 sessions/month (2x/week). You also receive a Performance Meal Plan and daily meal tracking. Habit-based coaching is included, along with 2 check-ins per week. There is weekly and monthly progress tracking. Wearable integration is provided to see the full picture.
