Training Package Attendance Policy
At BK Performance & Wellness, consistency is key to achieving results. To ensure each client gets the most out of their training experience, the following attendance requirements apply to all session packages paid in full:
- 10-Session Package: Clients are required to train a minimum of once per week. Sessions may be scheduled more frequently if desired (up to three or four times per week), but once weekly is the minimum expectation.
- 20-Session Package: Clients are required to train a minimum of twice per week. This package is designed for clients committed to a higher level of consistency and faster progress. Sessions may also be scheduled more frequently if preferred.
These policies help support steady progress, improve results, and ensure accountability throughout your training program.
